It has been 2 months since we started this project and her school will open the calendar for Academic Year 2018-2019 by the end of this month. She wants to lose a bit more weight before that happens, though I am planning to take her to the tailor next week so that her uniform will be ready by the time school opens.
As to lifestyle change, we made her undergo; she is still on intermittent fasting for the diet and the exercise is still a combination of strength training and jogging. We are adding more exercises for Arms and Legs since we do not want her skin to sag especially now that she has lost some weight.
I also offered that we buy new clothes especially shorts since some of them no longer fits her. but she declined, saying she might still lose some weight and we'll have to buy new ones again.
So I think, July will be for shopping clothes just before school opens for her.

- 85 kgs before the road to 60 program
- 85 kgs after 1 month of training at the end of May
- 76 kgs after we introduced intermittent fasting in June
WAISTLINE:
- 42 inches before the road to 60 program
- 37 inches after 1 month of training at the end of May
- 34 inches after we introduced intermittent fasting in June
