Anyway, for this week this was the routine she made. I cannot detail the exercise or name them for the circuits done because most of the time I am doing something else.
But the workouts usually are a combination of Gym Rings routine and Bodyweight exercises and Bodyweight exercises with Weights.
Monday (June 11)
- Circuit C Workout
- Fasting
Tuesday (June 12)
- No Workout
- Dinner - Tinolang Manok
She was allowed to eat as she was the one who prepared the chicken for the stew.
Wednesday (June 13)
- Walked for 3 km.
- Dinner at the Fiesta :D
Thursday (June 14)
- No Workout
- Homemade Shawarma
We made her eat Shawarma condiments wrapped in Mustard Leaf instead of Pita Bread. :D
Friday (June 15)
- Circuit C Workout
- Fasting
Saturday (June 16)
- Leisurely walk for an Hour or so.
- Late Lunch at Jollibee
I allowed it because she was with me all throughout my medical appointment that lasted for 3 hours.
Sunday (June 17)
- Combination of Circuit C, Circuit D and Circuit B for a single rep of each.
- Fasting
And this marks the end of the 7th week. Today we start a new one and hopefully, we can strictly follow that diet order :D
