Yesterday, a fruit cart passed by the house. I bought some avocado for 40 pesos per kilo so that's 1 large and 1 medium-sized avocado.
This is how you eat avocado in the Philippines!

Ingredients:
- avocado
- sugar
- milk
- crushed ice
Preparation:
- Cut open the avocado fruit, please be careful since the hard seed is found inside the soft flesh of the fruit.
- Scrape the fruit from the peeling into a bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
- Add condensed milk or 4 tbsps of powdered milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Add crushed ice or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
And that's that...
Enjoy your creamy dessert, perfect for hot days and even cold days.
