Ingredients:
- Chili Pepper
- Lumpia Wrapper
- Cheese, cut into rectangular shapes
- Oil
Preparation:
- Remove the seeds from the Chili Pepper.
- Place the cheese inside the pepper.
- Wrap it in lumpia wrapper and seal.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry the lumpia wrapper with chili pepper and cheese.
- Once it turned golden, remove the bomb and drain all excess oil.
Enjoy eating, you can dip them in sinamak (vinegar stored with spicy condiments) for a chilier experience.
