Love

How do we know it's real?
How do we know it's true?.
How do we know we need it?..
How do we know it's time to let go?...

According to the Bible, there's a season for everything...
A season to reap, a season to sow...
How do we know it's our season to love? Is the person we want to love the right person? Are we sure that we could deal with the pain of loss if it comes to that? Is the love we gave reciprocated in a way we could appreciate?

Too many questions...
The heart or the brain?

The heart, it pumps the blood in the body to circulate it...
But star-crossed lovers say it beats like crazy when the other is around...
blame the chemicals....

The brain, it give off the stimuli so the person recognizes his love...
And also, weighs the possibility of not loving that person because of some things the brain dislikes...

too many has been said about that...
it's still up to us to decide...
 we just have to believe that love exists...
look around you...
your parents love you...
your friends love you..
God loves you...
and I love you if you read this nonsensical views on love...

LOVE makes the world go round... yes it does...
but, I don't care about that,,,

REMEMBER ALWAYS:
Love Yourself above all...
You will lose nothing... It's a guarantee!..

What DO I Do When Stressed?

Stress is very common. Everybody says so. Products on TV, the NET, billboards talk about. Buy this. Buy that to prevent STRESS. It can cause premature aging, wrinkles and all the stuff people hate to have.

I am not about to tackle stress to its nakedness.
But I want to share with you guys, what I do when stress visits me...

First, I eat a lot. Thanks to good metabolism, I don't get fat and flabby.
This is a bad advice, I know. But we are not talking about you. We are talking about me.
And this is my way to escape from 'STRESS'. Don't worry, it is not as unhealthy as it seems. I eat chocolates, drink milk, treat myself to one of my fave restos or simply buy things I love to eat that I don't usually buy because I am thinking of my budget. A lighter wallet, but hey! whose weighing.?!

Second, I jog. Two laps at the Boardwalk frees me.
But, I usually jog. Not so lately, i haven't bought new running shoes since my old one is totally old..
Or simply taking a walk alone could solve your stress problems..
Not advisable for people who hates to be alone or those who have suicidal tendencies...

Third, I read. Finish a novel in one sitting and I am totally happy.
Anyway, I read if i have the time. I love reading, it's part of who I am.
I couldn't leave it behind me..

Fourth, fave past time of Filipinos everywhere according to Mikey Bustos
KARAOKE...
i do this, even if I am alone...
la eh, feeling diva gid bi,...

that's it. Hope you learned something from me...

Sixth: go to a massage parlor, visit the carnival...
anything that makes you happy...
go on a date, travel...
